The listed artwork may be subject to copyright. The artwork shown herein is not necessarily the entirely original work of 4D(sm). We are often contracted for redraws and logo modifications/manipulations. All the design setup is our [4D(sm)] product, though the individual design elements may be the original artwork of others. It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing company, furthermore – if so deemed by the purchasing company – the end customer’s responsibility, to obtain right of use for otherwise copyrighted, royalteed, or trademarked imagery. The artwork herein may not be reproduced/re-broadcast in any form whatsoever without detailed written consent of 4D. Our artwork becomes the sole property of the purchasing entity upon reception of payment (not including fee assessment for after-the-fact modification of implied artwork to necessitate production). We [4D(sm)] will not intermediate between an end user and an “owner of right” production company. For arbitration between companies, see our client booklet – statement of ethics. If you feel that an image – that you are the rightful owner of – should not be displayed, you may contact us with a claim for consideration. If you are the rightful owner of a design/design-element that you deem was used illegally, please submit your claim to us for review. If the aforementioned claim is proven legitimate, the artwork will be removed and the affected design elements noted with your contact information (in case of future attempt of use). Purchasing entity information in such cases will not be turned over – to anything less than a court order. We [4D(sm)] respect the privacy of our customers and hold each artwork order as confidential – as a practitioner/client relationship. We [4D(sm)] will not out-right duplicate any of the shown artwork (of it’s entirety) for anyone other than the original purchaser of our transaction-end. So, don’t even ask. However, we [4D(sm)] will consider an existing layout as a loose concept for a new design, also allowing certain individual elements to be reproduced – as is deemed appropriate by 4D(sm). We [4D(sm)] reserve the right to refuse service. Some of the artwork herein may be declined/deviated works that were sold in alternative form. In such cases, 4D(sm) maintains rights to the unpurchased artwork, less any copyrighted elements. We [4D(sm)] do not give out font or letterstyle information [for artwork] to the general public or end user. Such requests from purchasing clients will be considered. 4D(sm) is not liable for any misrepresentation or inaction by the purchasing entities. 4D(sm) does, at times, incorporate PURCHASED clipart and/or royalty-free imagery into the design process. We [4D(sm)] do NOT produce “copy-&-paste” artwork compilations. With rare exception, even all clipart/imagery is redrawn or retouched in at least some form before production readiness is established within a design. If we [4D(sm)] find that any artwork is stolen or otherwise ripped-off from this site, we will pursue such abuse to the full extent of the law, at the discretion our [4D(sm)] end-purchasers.
